2010 Adult Softball Announcement
We are excited to announce that the Calverton Rec Council has expanded it's Adult Softball League. Please pass this information to friends and family. Coach Wilford Kent will be the commissioner this year. General inquiries can be directed to him directly at wilfordkent@calvertonrec.org Volunteers and Coaches are always needed. We are looking forward to seeing everyone come out and have a great time.

CRC Poms & Baton Corps. has great success at State Competition
CRC's POMS did great at the Maryland State competitions we had 7 teams and took 6 trophy's home. 2 / 1st place, 3 / 2nd Place, 1 / 3rd.
At Regionals last week 1 / 3rd place 2 / 2nd place, also took titles of : Junior and Juvenial Regional Champions
Tisa Horky is a 3 year champion of the State and Regional Military March and is trying really hard to take the National title for Military March.
Nationals are 3rd week in July in Savannah Georgia 1 team and a bunch of individuals will attend.
Tenative Fall 2010 Soccer Registration Dates
We plan to have three dates for registrations:
August 26, 2010
September 2, 2010
September 9, 2010
Additionally online registrations will be open during this period if you are unable to make the in-person registrations.
Registrations will be at Calverton Elementary School, 7-9PM
